California employment laws are some of the strictest in the nation. Combined with federal laws, rules and regulations, an employer with California-based employees, faces a maze of requirements that need to be committed to a policy scheme to protect the employer and business – large or small. This course will instruct the student in the most essential policies and procedures as they relate to both California and federal law.
